• Items are to be paid for first, before confirmation of an order.
• All apparel/items are brand new products, unless otherwise stated
• Prices are exclusive of postage fees

• Prices of items are non negotiable and postage will not be waived under any circumstances
• There should be no refunds/exchanges/trades
• Should product selected go out of stock, buyers are to opt for an alternative

• Items are posted within 3 working days
• SingPost normally takes 2-4 working days to post out items (excludes wkends/public hols)
• However, post is sorted out manually, it is normal for items to take up to 7 days to reach
• We are not responsible for any items lost in transaction
• Thus, it is always advisable to opt for Registered Post
